3. For what purpose do we process your personal data?
At SOLINDATA S.L. we process the information provided by data subjects fairly, lawfully and transparently, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights.

If you are a CLIENT or USER, we process the following categories of data: identification data (name, surname, ID number…), contact data (email, telephone…), banking data (account number, payment card…) and other data provided in open forms or communications. Purposes: to manage the services, information or products requested; to send communications of interest, where due authorisation has been given; and to comply with the legal obligations applicable to the controller.

If you are an EMPLOYEE or JOB APPLICANT, we process: identification data, data contained in your CV (education, work experience…), contact data, banking data (account number, holder, SEPA mandate), image and other data provided. Purposes: to manage the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship; candidate selection; use, reproduction or publication of image, name and voice, where due authorisation has been given; and to comply with the legal obligations of companies.

If you are a SUPPLIER, we process: identification data, contact data, banking data (account number, invoicing…) and other data provided. Purposes: administrative, accounting and tax management; monitoring and control of the commercial relationship; and compliance with the legal obligations of companies.

4. Am I obliged to provide my personal data?
SOLINDATA S.L. will only request the data strictly necessary for the purpose for which it is collected. Consequently, if such data is not provided, the requested service cannot be delivered.

5. How long will we keep your data?
Personal data will be kept for as long as strictly necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and, where applicable, for the legal periods that may apply under commercial, tax and employment law. Once those periods have elapsed, the data will be deleted or, where appropriate, duly anonymised or blocked in accordance with applicable law.

6. What is the legal basis for processing your data?
In accordance with Article 6.1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, we inform you that the legal basis for processing your data is as follows: the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes; and/or processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject; and/or processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

7. To which recipients will your data be disclosed?
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law. To provide its services, SOLINDATA S.L. relies on processors —among other categories: website hosting, cloud email and office services, and anti-fraud protection of forms—, with which it has entered into the corresponding data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR. All of them provide sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures in accordance with the GDPR.

8. What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Data subjects may exercise the following rights over their personal data at any time:

  • Right of access to their personal data.
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure of their personal data.
  • Right to object to processing.
  • Right to restriction of processing.
  • Right to data portability.
  • Right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making.
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

Exercising these rights is free of charge and may be done by submitting a request to the Data Protection Officer at dpo.solindata@lock4data.es, stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity.

Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing of their data does not comply with applicable law.

9. Security and additional information
SOLINDATA S.L. applies the security levels required by data protection law and other applicable regulations. These levels are mandatory for any entity accessing our information under a contractual or service relationship, pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.

However, it accepts no liability for damages arising from alterations that third parties may cause to the user’s computer systems, electronic documents or files.

Cookies may be used while the website’s services are provided. You may consult our Cookie Policy through the link available on this website.

If you choose to leave our website through links to websites not belonging to our company, SOLINDATA S.L. will not be responsible for the privacy policies of those websites or for the cookies they may store on the user’s computer.

Our email policy is limited to sending only those communications you have requested to receive.
